Last updated: October 13 2025A. TerminationsAs a service provider, I reserve the right to refuse participation in or terminate services at any time. This decision is never made lightly and will only occur in cases involving unethical, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.Reasons for termination include (but are not limited to):Discovery that my creative works are being used to train, feed, or otherwise interact with generative AI (GenAI) systems.
GenAI includes (but is not limited to): OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, DeepMind, TabNine, DALL·E 3 (ChatGPT), NightCafe, Stablecog, Bing Image Creator, OpenArt, DeepAI, Imagen 3 (Google Gemini), Adobe Firefly, StarryAI, Stable Assistant (Stable Diffusion), Prodia, Fotor, Midjourney, Craiyon, Runway, Ideogram, getimg.ai, WOMBO Dream, Leonardo.Ai, Shutterstock, Visual Electric, Recraft, Generative AI by Getty, Picsart, Dream Machine (Luma Photon), Deep Dream Generator, CF Studio, Playground, Artbreeder, LetsEnhance, and similar technologies.
Any attempt to use my voice, likeness, or creative work in GenAI systems will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. No thieves allowed. Period.Rude or harassing treatment from clients.Discovery that my work will be used in spaces where minors are present (even “for educational purposes”).Any attempt to use my services for blackmail or other illegal activity.B.
